Allen Property Management and Renovations

How often does the final bill come in at the estimate?! Tim does phenomenal work and I could not be more pleased. He is professional, meticulous and accurate. The final product is beautiful! And to be handed a bill that is the same as the estimate? Chef’s kiss!!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! I honestly can’t say enough great things about Allen Property Management & Renovations LLC!! From the very beginning, Tim and April were simply amazing to work with. They listened to what we wanted, understood our vision, communicated every step of the way, and then somehow managed to turn our ideas into something even better than we imagined. The attention to detail, communication, professionalism, and quality of their work were outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and take pride in delivering a finished product they can stand behind. They were reliable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. What started as a dream for our outdoor space became a beautiful reality. The deck and pool area turned out absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything came together. Every detail, from the craftsmanship to the finishing touches, made such a huge difference. It has completely transformed our outdoor space into a place where we can relax, entertain, and make memories with our family and friends. Looking at the finished project, we are in awe at the transformation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better people to bring this project to life. If you’re considering a renovation or property project, I can’t recommend them enough! Tim and April exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will absolutely be working with them again in the near future. Thank you both for all of your hard work, dedication, and for helping make our dream a reality!

Tim was very responsive, flexible and friendly. He took a lot of time on our project to get it right. We have an old home (1860) so nothing is level or square. He replaced an exterior door that was not that was not a standard size door. He made the opening bigger and we now have a standard size door. He did a great job and I will definitely use him again and recommend him for any of your renovation needs.

Tim is responsive, professional, and a true perfectionist. He explained the build (a platform for a hot tub) every step of the way and laid out comprehensive plan to get it done. His prices are fair, his work ethic is tireless, and with an old farmhouse, we will be seeing a lot more of him in the future.

Tim completed extensive deck repairs for us. We appreciated his daily communication and updates throughout the project. His estimate was fair and his workmanship was exceptional. He definitely will be our first call for our next renovation.

Tim Allen of Allen Property Management and Renovations is outstanding!!!! We were on a very tight time schedule and needed numerous projects done! I emailed several different individuals and companies. Tim responded within the hour when others did not. He also scheduled the time to come and begin work on the projects within that hour too! . He was so helpful that he worked us into his schedule so that all projects could be completed on time and they were! His work was perfect!!!! Tim is professional and an expert in project planning , problem solving, and masterful in his work. Tim was very reasonable in pricing of each project . I now completely rely on Allen Property Management and Renovations. I am very proud of the outcome and delighted to have found a trustworthy and professional person and group to work with in the future.

After talking with Tim for about thirty seconds you’ll be able to tell that he has 100s, if not 1000s of jobs under his belt. Always fair and knowledgeable.

Tim came and had a bag full of multiple parts and tools breakers , switches and wires . not knowing the full problem, he was prepared for any and all . awesome job and really what a nice guy . I will definitely keep him on my call list !
